How to import product form Excel ( mayby csv)

Hello.

I make shop on Virtuemart 2.0.4. Joomla 2.5.4.

I can export product form selling program to excell witch price, SKU and product name, and I need to import it to VM 2.

Can Yoy sugest me solution or extensions.
