Discount not updated after VAT change

Hi,

We had a series of (nominal amount) discounts set which, as our pricing contains VAT, include VAT. VAT rates subsequently increased but this discount was not automatically updated after the VAT rate was changed. There are so many items involved that it's going to be very labour intensive to adjust individually. We have CSVI Virtuemart available to use however I was wondering if:

1. This behaviour is correct ( that discounts are not automatically updated when VAT changes)?
2. There is a setting we can use somewhere to correct without having to adjust the individual discounts
