Show Tax in Cart (YES/NO) & Bace price & Final price

OK, we have option to show/hide Tax in Cart
If we hide tax in cart, the cart display bace price and final price per product
It is not correct to display bace price if the tax is not shown because if we have 3 products X bace price is not equals to final price
