only have option to display 6 or 12 items in shopper field list

When I go into the shopper field list, I only have the option to see 6 or 12 items in the list.  In all of the other areas of Joomla the list control works fine showing (1, 5, 10, 15... & All).  If I select either 6 or 12 in VM, I have no way of going to the next page as the page controls are not showing either.  I need to edit the order of the list and have no way to do so because I can not set the list to show all.

Here are my current versions:
PHP Version    5.3.8
Joomla! Version    Joomla! 1.7.5 Stable [ Ember ] 02-Feb-2012 14:00 GMT
VirtueMart Version: 2.02

Hi rob -

just wondering if you would like to see if an upgrade might help- some bugs have been fixed in some upgrades-

now using 2.0.3 'version 'g" - - Make sure you back up your site first . ( to ensure you can roll back)

maybe don't jump to  too high  first -
