Print Page - Problem with Login Layout VM 2.0.2

I added Login Layout in my Main Menu, disabled all template overrides. When I open the page, I get 3 notices and a blank page:

Can anyone tell me is this general problem with VM 2.0.2 or no one has the same problem, what should imply that I messed up :) ?
