Title: [SOLVED]VM2.02 & J2.5.1 - Causes Warnings Upon Confirming an Order

When placing orders either as a Super User or a Normal User, this error is displaed upon confirming the order(along with the order confirmation):

Warning

        Info: Attention, #__virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries has not any entry for the order
        Info: Attention, #__virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries has not any entry for the order
        Info: Attention, #__virtuemart_shipment_plg_weight_countries has not any entry for the order

Seems like a migration from VM1 to VM2 didnt update the mentioned table.
