Title: Bug to finalize the purchase
Post by: amaralwebdesigner on February 28, 2012, 21:06:49 PM
Hello, my name is Amaral Web Designer. I am of the Brazilian community of users Virtue Mart. We found a critical bug in version 2.0.2 Virtue Mart. When you finish buying the User is taken to a completely blank page. no code.

Another problem is to remove the option of not putting in a zip code range delivery tip. In version 2.0.1 there was no option to put the zip code range.

The checkout process works in general, it is connected to your server setting or other specialities, maybe your used payment plugin.

Hi, I'm having the same problem.  I have completely uninstalled & re-installed VM 2.0.2  (Joomla 1.5.24), and the AIO component.  When a user clicks to confirm their order from the cart, the order is put into the system, but no confirmation email is ever sent, and no "thank you" page is ever displayed, just a blank page.  I have tried everything I know to do and searched the forums for hours trying to find an answer.  Is there any additional information you could provide?  It really seems to be a code error (like an Exception) but nothing appears in the apache error_log or php.log.

Thank you!

Hello sir Mibo. I'm testing the 2.0.3 Virtue and enabling parra means of payment and shipping options native to Virtue. Before I tested also with external plugins. Even the native native Virtue options lead to the same error on checkout. When the User will complete the purchase he is led to a blank page - totally without code.
