Title: Sorting order at the category page
Post by: plitka on January 17, 2012, 19:06:20 PM
Please, could anyone tell me where to switch the sorting order for products at category page.
I need default descending order for "In stock" parameter. I want customer, who chose in-stock sorting to see first products in stock, and out of stock - last.
So I need to set default choice for "in stock" - descending order. And for product names I still prefer ascending as default (from A to Z).
How could I manage different default styles for sorting options? Any advices are very welcome.

It seems you've got me wrong, i'm asking not about order of sorting fileds, but about  ASC/DESC order for the fields.
i prefer to see DESC order for "In stock" as page dowloaded, and not pushing twice on the button with sorting parameter as it is now.
