Title: VM2 - J1.5.23 - Can't Select State in Back End

Using latest version of VM2 Public and Joomla 1.5.23 I can't select any state for the United States (or any other country) there is no list and nothing I type is accepted. Tried disabling Virtuemart jQuery - didn't change anything.
