in waiting, which kind of code could I put and where?

in fact, imagine you have a cat and the stosk of products inside are 0 --> i want this cat depublished automatically
or for any other reasons ... like: i work on a shop which contains 3000 products and 350 cat, i fill my shp by csv and sql, it will nice if cat with no products will be depublished automatically
