Title: problem with wrong email address in checkout process (RC3 pre M)

Hey,

if the email adress on the "Add/Edit billing address information" page is wrong and I click on "checkout as guest", the cart will be loaded but there is no error. If I click on "Register and checkout" vm loads the cart and display the error here. I think vm shouldn't leave the address page until the error is fixed.
