In the shopping cart our actual cost is being displayed in the Price column and Discount column. It should only show the final price after the published Calculation Rules are applied.
And the Price column has the tax added. The Price column should not have the tax added. Plus even when the user is not logged in it is adding the tax. How can it do this if it doesn't know which state the user is in.
See the attached screenshot. The actual cost is $30. It should display $60 since we have a 2x calculation rule. And the Discount column should show 0, but it is also showing our actual cost with tax added.
