Hi is it possible to have products only visible to certain user groups such as the public and then wholesale? Or would I need to seperate shopping carts?
I plan on installing joomla 1.7 and latest version of VM

This is partly implement. That means there is an option to show different prices to different shoppergroups.

Just make a link only accessible by wholesalers
This works, but it sometimes filters out product we want to display. There are others and we continue to look for better solutions. The good thing is that this is not a hack.

Did you guys find a solution or workaround to this?
Ive been looking everywhere and have had no luck, I am hoping this may be achievable in VM2, maybe using Joomla acl's for the wholesale page or something.

This was written in August. It is now completly implemented.
