I am helping a customer with my hosting at www.globalwebmedics.com that is using Joomla! and Virtue Mart. He is ready to open but has had so much trouble configuring his cart to display the shipping and handling for USPS to PayPal. He is using api and I have reviewed his information but I had no luck figure out his issue. If someone could help us that would be greatly appreciated.
