I am using USPS module:

I have udpated all of my products with l/w/h and weights.

the module works but when I go and exceed a flat rate the flat rate still shows.

ie. If I have 1 book it shows 6.20 but if I go with 50 books the 6.20 still shows.

Seems to me it should be removed as it is no longer a valid option due to the overall weight of the 50 books.

vm has a weight limit of 70 pounds, none of the shipping modules will work with higher weights

Hi,
My USPSv5 module takes into consideration the product total weights, and splits orders into "virtual packages" if it exceeds the weight limits. It then individually queries each package, and then shows the aggregate price to the user. Check my "USPSv5" thread in this same forum for the download.
