Title: PayPal messes up check out process

Hi,

i just activated PayPal and now it's messing up my cart and checkout process.



on step 3 of the checkout the customer has to choose how to pay, if he chooses paypal and clicks next, he is redirected to paypal to make the payment instead of getting to step 4 of the checkout process (where the order is finalised and should then redirect to paypal)



and when i make the payment (step 3) i get redirected from paypal back to my store, but then i get an error message that i have to accept the terms and conditions ..


it's all messed up. can anyone help me out here?
