Title: First to pay paypal and second to comfirm order??

I'm building a new site with joomla 1.5.22 and virtuemart 1.1.8 and the paypal method doesn't work well.

When i pay by credit card, first i comfirm the order and then i pay.
When i pay by paypal, first i pay and then i comfirm the order.

How is possible? What happened?
