Product level control for orders, this is mainly for digital products but can be used for physical products too, when an order contains multiply items (digital products) and user request for a refund for a portion of the order the actual order remain active.
Example user places an order for two products later on cancels one of the products, the canceled product remains activated/enabled and user still can download the product even thought it was canceled.
