I have the following running with all Paypal API info filled out properly in Payment Methods->Paypal new api->Configuration.

PayPal (new API)
User Registration Type: No Account Creation
Payment class name: ps_paypal_api
Payment method type: HTML-Form based (e.g. PayPal)
Check for CVV?: No
Enable PayPal Express Checkout?: Yes
Enable Direct Payment? No
Sandbox mode: No
When I get to the final shopping cart state, no paypal button or credit card information gathering info appears (see attachment). The payment method just states PayPal (new API), without the standard Pay by Paypal button nor the credit card fields. What could be the problem here? Thanks!

A bit of a followup here. I notice, when I have the checkout status bar on, that it the process skips the 'Payment Info' screen and jumps from the shipping to the confirmation stage. So there isn't a screen to enter your payment info. I have the steps setup as 1:2:2:3, which should be fine. Any thoughts on why the "Payment Info" step is skipped?
If paypal is you only payment option the option won't show; why should it?
