Hi team
Using Virtuemart 1.1.4 with the Pay Pal Pro (UK) payment module 3rd party plugin from http://www.virtuemart-solutions.com/
When some users go through to the 3D secure portion and try and complete their orders they get the following error shown below and I cannot for the life of me figure out why or what is going on. Any help or advise would be appreciated
THE ERROR IS:
You cannot access this page.
This may be due to one of two reasons:
1. The FI you are trying to access is deactivated
2. The access to the FI is restricted for specific IP addresses, and your address is not one of them.
We have spoken with the guys at virtuemart-solutions and they say that this error is no where in their code and can offer no further help.
