Title: Urgent matter.. PLEASE help. Error message from Authorize.net

Error:2-4-30-P---The configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider.

Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_authorize)

What does it mean? My client is ready to chop my head off...

Why is there not better documentation for these error messages?

Maybe some background as to your config settings would help + VM version info.

I use auth.net w/o problems. Likely a conflict with your auth.net settings vs your VM auth.net settings.

Likely not better error documentation because no one has taken the free time to do so. You can always hire a dev.

Hey I am having some issues setting up my own personal e-commerce site with VM and authorize.net...Just got off the phone with their web site integration team.

My error message did not have an internal merchant service provider like your message does so they sent me off empty handed. In your case I think they may be able to resolve your issue since the error codes are on authorize.net's side.

Call Customer Support
877-447-3938
is the phone number then select option 1 for customer service...then option 6 for help with integrating with your website software.
