Title: Help with orders

At the moment I have a shop with only PayPal as a payment method. I have received two orders, both without payment, both come through as pending?  How can this be fixed?  It's embarrasing having to contact customers to 'ask' if they want an order and if so PAY UP.

In the next few weeks I have a product that is going to sell out within 24 -48 hours and will expect over 500 orders in almost one hit.  I can't afford to have to keep checking if people have 'paid' or are stuck in a loop with this pending message.  Please if anyone has a suggestion or fix I would be grateful. Otherwise I am stuck as to what to do.
