Have you change any directories or files recently?
Or installed a patch?

This appears to be an error due to a js file not being included correctly (not found)

jagjot,

Well that rules out missing files.

The only other thing I can think of is that there is a problem on the server handling User Agent Strings, which would mean it is not something in VirtueMart.

Sorry, but I'm stumped on this one.

Here is a link to some resources http://www.useragentstring.com/pages/links.php

I have recently downloaded MyStore and everything works great but after importing products using CSVI you click on an order number in the admin side it shows up text and no template. Before importing the orders show up fine.

Hi Guys,

I also encounter this error during patch installation and new manual installation of the new 1.1.6 version.

Here's what I did to get rid of it.

Step 1: Go to Administrator Site, Login.
Step 2: Go to your Virtue Mart Component
Step 3: Once you receive the error. Click on Extended Layout on top of the Virtue Mart Logo. Notice that even you selected extended layout, the system will still go to simple layout, but now the menu on the left will be working correctly. You will still be receiving the error after that.
Step 4: Now click on the Extended Layout again. This time it will redirect you to the extended layout view. And this time you won;t receive the error again.

Somehow by doing this, the system corrects it self. You can now jump to simple or extended layout without having the error again. To try you can goto control panel and go back to your Virtue Mart Component.

Hope this helps. Please support me by following my blog account at http://www.pinoyitsolution.myndsyn.com (http://www.pinoyitsolution.myndsyn.com)

thank you for your reply. this has fixed the problem but know I have about a 20 second pause before it brings up the order. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
