Title: 500 Internal Server Error on Checkout to Paypal

Everytime I check out of VM I keep getting a "500 internal server error" message but the server tech said it was not an issue on their side. Any help?

I forgot to mention the error says "fx.Scroll is not a constructor"

Thanks for any direction i can get.
