Title: Shipping to England not working

I have tried several different addresses for shipping and I can't get it to work.

When testing: Once I go to the 'Ship Methods' page I loose all of my formatting and I receive an error of: "Error: FedEx Return Error F059 : Invalid Recipient postal code format for specified country."

Here is what the screen looks like:

Is this the format I need to put in for a London zip code? CR2 OBA

I have tried it without space and just CR2 or just OBA

Please help if you can.

I tried a few more addresses including Scotland and it isn't working either. So anything in the UK is not working. It's no longer giving me the fedex number error but all of the formatting is gone like above.
