Title: How do I do a CSV Import?
Post by: batessupplies on April 28, 2009, 01:45:39 am
When I hit "CSV Import/Export" it takes me to a site where I need to download another extension.  I downloaded it and tried to install it and I got a message that the extension was for an older version.

What do I do next?

O.k.  CSV Improved does not work.  Is there a better way to import items?

It sure would be nice if it came with directions.  The only thing I have found is a video that has no sound.

I had to instal a converter, and then install the component to work with 1.5

So you have to pay for 1.5 then it doesn't even work without help?

First of all CSVI has a forum that Roland not leave any post unanswered !!

Secondly its good to read at least some basic things when you install something.

You have installed an older version of CSVI !

You have to install 1.6 version and no converter or something else.

Be more carefully next time and read just a little the instructions.

CSVI its a powerful tool from a great guy Roland that provide great support at his forum.

We're getting closer.  There's 1.5

You buy the subscription, and once you have an account. You can see the newest releases to download.

and 1.5 is for joomla 1.5
