Title: Currency change causes extra item added to cart

I running 1.1.2 and using the currency converter.  My base currency is USD.

If I add an item to the cart and them immediately change to CAD then it causes the card to show two items.

Seems that if you do a currency change right after an add to cart it causes another item to be added to the cart.
