Title: USPS V4 error

VM 1.1.1
Joomla 1.5.4

I installed USPS V4 and am now getting this error. Can someone help me please?

Error: <span class="message">USPS was not able to process the Shipping Rate Request.</span><br/>Error Code: 80040b1a<br/>Error Description: Authorization failure. You are not authorized to connect to this server.<br/>

Did you sign up for a username on the USPS API server and also call them and request that they move you to the Production server?  Their testing server doesn't work.

The username isn't the one you get where you choose your name for the Webtools section.  It's sent to you by email from USPS and begins with numbers and ends with numbers.
