Title: Parcel Post More Expensive than Priority?

Why is it that using the USPS shipping module "Parcel Post" (USPS GROUND) is more expensive than using Priority Mail?

I'm using the USPS v4 module.

Not really, the post office has a bunch of idiots working for them.  They have slowly made Parcel more expensive then Priority for some reason, I think because of how they are shipped.
