Title: Changed email address for payments in config but payments still sent to old acct

I use paypal as my processor, and I stopped using a specific email address for paypal and in the virtuemart configuration to accept payments, but I've discovered payments are still being sent to the old email address... I've double checked all the VM admin, the store setings, even the joomla backend, and they all reflect the new email address... is there some file somewhere that is hiding the old address still? I'm running vm 1.0.14.
