Title: admin - configuration page doesn't show properly in french

Hi,

I use VirtueMart Version: 1.1.0 RC3 & Joomla Version: 1.5.2 with french language into the frontend and backend, there's a problem with a particular translation file (I'm using the last one in the nightly build): admin/french.php, some french characters, like accents are substitued by strange characters, you can see a screenshot in attachment. It's happening in the simple and extended layouts. The other translation files are working well.

System info:
Operating system: Windows XP SP2
Webserver: Linux hp11
PHP Version:  4.4.8
MySQL Version: 4.1.22-standard-log
