When a customer creates an account with greek charachters the verification e-mail that contains his name is in unrecognizable letters.

Steps to replicate:
Just trying to create a customer with Greek charachters in his personal details. The confirmation mails to his account and the shop manager will contain strange charachters.
Proposed fix(es):
Should be changes the code set to UTF-8. I don't know where.
Also when I upload the language pack I get strange charachters, do you know how to solve this?
