Title: [TRACKER 1524] During checkout state is cut offed and country uses ISO code.

Joomla 1.0.13
VirtueMart 1.1 r1029

During checkout on billing page and checkout confirmation page 3 letter states are cut offed and only show 2 letters.

Example: NSW is shown as NW, letter S is missing.

And

Instead of country name country ISO code is shown.

In back-end order view and print view and front-end order view one letter from state is missing.
