Title: [CONFIRMED] Inconsistency in price when viewing by order number and print view

Joomla 1.0.13
VirtueMart 1.1 r1002

There is inconsistency in total price when viewing by 'Order number' and  'Print View'

I don't have VM 1.0.x installed but based on tracker this issue is present in VM 1.0.x too.

Confirmed on J!1.0.13 + VM rel 1013 but not for J!1.5 (Rev 9251)  which showed both order values correctly.

I also checked with an older version on a production site, VM1.0.11 on J!1.0.12 - again there was no problem, both views showed the same figures.

In both cases did you check with a payment module or used 'Cash On Delivery' for payment? Calculation is correct if 'Cash On Delivery' is selected however with a payment module in this case PayPal as payment module it doesn't work, I can't check it with Joomla 1.5 cause of a bug in J11.5 legacy mode.

I have configured J 1.5 to take credit cards - and using this payment method the figures are different between view & print. Looks like tax being applied twice?

Database Version: 4.1.22
PHP Version: 4.4.4
Web Server: Apache
VirtueMart 1.1: Ver. 1020 29 October
