Web Server: Apache/1.3.33 (Unix)

Joomla version: Joomla! 1.0.13 Stable [ Sunglow ] 21 July 2007 16:00 UTC
VM version: 1.1 revision 960
Shipping methods: Flex ; Standard
Checkout: all boxes are checked.

other than the process skips step 2, the step 4 only display "next" button.
Can't finish order.

What are your backend settings for payment, shipping and in Admin -> Configuration -> checkout.

COD works fine for me.

Database Version: 4.1.20
PHP Version: 4.4.2
Web Server: Apache

I used default setting.
shipping:
Standard Shipping module with indiviual configured carriers and rates. RECOMMENDED !
Flex Shipping. Fixed shipping cost to set base value of order with percentage of total sale above base value

payment: Cash On Delivery (+ $2.00)

Basically I just used default sample data.

any idea?
