Hello everyone,
i am writing here as my support ticket for a purchase refund has not been answered for more like 1 + MONTH now.
Does anyone take a look at tickets or not?

This is a forum based on unpaid, voluntary work. So we can not give anyone any refunds.

I guess you have bought some extension from ISTRAXX. In that case please go here:

hello i know that and i have put there multiple tickets but no reply from anyone... so time passed and i tried to post it here in case some MOD might know someone :S
I guess all i can do is w8....
