I've had a look through previous posts about this issue and can't seem to fix this issue, our configuration is set up correctly from what I can see and comparing to previous forum posts to do with this subject.
Our test emails work in the server setting area for mail but the VM order confirmation email is not sending.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

emails are sent when the order status matches the statuses you have set in the admin..
you provide hardly any info .. do the orders get changed to one of these selected status?
if u manually set an order to a selected status do the emails send?
etc etc
