com_virtuemart.3.8.9.10534_package_or_extract.zip
and i have this error
Call to a member function getTableSQLFields() on null
when install com_virtuemart.3.8.9.10544_ext_aio.zip
package make same error too

Thanks for the report. These are listed as 3.8.9 (RC, compatible J4.0) - and are still under development for use with J4 but not ready yet for general use, a lot more testing is needed. I've not tried them on J3.10.2

Not tested yet but the version should be compatible with Joomla 3.10.2 ? (or next versions are only compatible with Joomla 4?)
Will we be warned of the accounting stop with Joomla 3?
The intention is that these will be compatible with J3 & J4 and notice will be given when J3 compat stops
