Hi there. Using Joomla 3.9.17 and Virtuemart 3.8.8. I would like to work with the default VM checkout process. Inside the VM configuration under Checkout tab I have deselected the One Page Checkout enabled and i have checked the Show checkout steps. Now, when I hit on checkout I go to a page with URL ending in editaddresscartBT and I am asked to log in and add billing information. What I don't see and was expecting to see is the checkout steps somewhere on top like step 1: ....->step2:..... etc.
Is there another setting/change in code I need to do to make that work?

Not part of VirtueMart now. The best way to show numbered steps is with a one-page checkout extension such as seen here https://demos.virtueplanet.com/?extension=opc
So the option to show checkout steps inside VM configuration servers no purpose correct? I use the mentioned extension but I would like to use the step method where you have a progress bar with steps and hit Next to move to next step

show checkout steps in VM std. just means numbers appear beside the various boxes in the supposed order u should fill them ..
