I have a clean install of Joomla and VirtueMart, so no override. The default graphics of all VirtueMart views (category, product list, product, cart, chackout) are not that great. I wanted to know there is a drag & drop builder for virtuemart where I can redraw the various views as I like? Thank you

to my knowledge no there is no wysiwyg drag'drop for virtuemart (at this moment) but "SP Page Builder" does it for joomla .
But you have the choice between :
- Coding your own template
- Choose a template that suit your needs then customise it
- Template framework that already have some functionalities that suit your need then customise if needed
