Title: Prices in card should be pre-tax prices
Post by: mckater on July 01, 2021, 13:16:19 PM
Hello,

give it a way to change the product prices in pre-tax prices?
my problem, I sell a product in the shop and for me are all products in the shop pre-tax.
But in the card the prices of my products are net prices!

For me, the customer prices in the shop are the seller price with tax.
Of these prices, the tax should then be included in the invoice in the area MwSt excluded.
Why should I show for my customers net prices?
The shopper see in example 10 Eur and then in the Bill this price with additionally tax?
I always prices the products for sellers in price with tax. (For end users)

My wish would be that the gross prices and the VAT is shown explicitly at these gross prices from these gross prices.

Regards,
Reinhard

I can not see any errors in Your cart.

Price before tax = 19.99
Tax on 19.99 = 3,998

You have apparently a user that pays 20 % tax, hence the cart figures.

I can not see any net price only price before tax.

Okay I understand! I really had a mistake in my thinking.
My idea was like this, the customer pays the price as in the shop. I have to pay the VAT from the price to the tax office. But as it is now, does the customer pay these taxes in the invoice?
Do I have to state the prices in the shop excluding taxes?

The consumer always pays the VAT. You as a merchant will transfer these VAT payments to the tax office.

19.99 incl tax will be 16.66 without tax. and tax will be 3.33.

This can be calculated by VM by setting sales price and tick calculate cost price.

Talk with Your local tax office about how taxes are done.
