All my site was working fine for years , suddenly 2 days ago all orders are staying pending when paid at paypal, also i just did a refund from paypal account and the status did not change to refunded in VM , was working in the past,
I did not change anything , did not add new module, plugin, component, or new hosting service,
My setup is the same as 1 week, months ago ,
Any clue why ?
Don't setup two-password in paypal account == block IPN?
Expire card attached to account?
Block account?
Bigger amount for personal type account == must change to bussines type?

None of this !!!
I just receive an email from paypal saying:
Check the server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant payment notifications sent to the following URLs failed:
https://dr-ink.ca/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=vmplg&task=notify&tmpl=component&lang=en-GB
https://dr-ink.ca/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=vmplg&task=notify&tmpl=component&lang=fr-FR

If nothing has changed in your site configuration - then it is usually that your host may be blocking paypals ip addresses for IPN
Have you checked the VM payment logs to see if there is anything in there?
Hosting are not blocking anything , just contact their support,
Nothing in log,
I have also paused the cloudflare service , but still the same issue, order staying as pending
