Does this e-mail manager can handle with e-mail auto responder on Call/Ask for Price?
The idea is when client send a request by call/ask for a price get automatically one email with the price!
The price is there, but is hidden by a specific shopper group!

No, VP Email Manager does not have email auto responder function.

is it possible to create an automated E-Mail, which will be delivered for example 7 Days after an order, where the customer is asked to give a Google-Review for the Shop? I am not shure if the Option "Order Follow-up to User" can handle this.

Yes, you can send automated emails asking for reviews using the "Order Follow-up to User" option.

Ask a question form is only for registered? In the demo it is not possible to test the form!?! How to test it as non logged in user.
Is it possible to include in form and emails user phone city and other user fields. In demo admin it is possible only user name and email

We have not allowed guests to submit the ask a question form on the demo site due to spamming. But you can always enable it in VirtueMart Configuration.

VP Email Manager has no relation with the frontend forms of VirtueMart. VirtueMart does not have any options to add custom fields in the Ask a Question form.

No. Please refer to my answer above. You can use multivariant or child products if you need separate Ask-a-Question forms for each product variant.
