Hello, I had registration solved via this link:
/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user
but after update to VM 3.6.10 (Joomla! 3.9.14) it did not work. Can you please explain me why?

You have "updated" to a one year old VirtueMart and an old version of Joomla? I have no idea why your link stopped working, but it certainly does work on my urrent version test site VM 3.8.5 10338 J! 3.9.22
