When I try to open TCPDF

I get

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/eurobeau/public_html/administrator/components/com_tcpdf/include/tcpdf_font_data.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/eurobeau/public_html/administrator/components/com_tcpdf/tcpdf.php on line 113

Upon looking through FTP. I see files missing. I tried reinstalling Virtuemart and also unzipped it and installed com_tcpdf_1.0.8.zip.
Can someone help.

The whole issue is that we don't see first name or last name on orders.

there is nothing to "open" in TCPDF -- it is just a dummy ext link for install purposes -- afaik it always gives an error when u try

will have nothing to do with missing names .. it just renders a PDF from what ever html is sent to it

Could you steer me in the right direction regarding why the first and last name is missing on order emails?

checked with std Beez template or all over rides disabled?
