I have a very weird situation that just started happening. To begin I am using VirtueMart 3.8.4 10335 and Joomla 3.9.19.
I have a Shop menu item set to Category layout displaying Top Level Category. When you go into the Shop you can see the 6 main categories and all products. Now when you click on a Category, the page reloads but it is blank and only shows the sub-category I have created for it. I have to reload the page in order to get the products to show up. I have also created sub-menu items for each of the categories and they load the products correctly. I am using a custom template but everything has been working up to this point.
My question is, what can I do to resolve this? It doesn't seem to be an issue with anything I have added but it could also be a version issue. Has anyone had this problem before?

Have u tried with SEF off to check that aspect?

I did try the SEF off but I get the same results.
If you visit the site, click on Favorites image when you scroll down and you'll see what I'm referring to. It looks like the Autumn category works fine but I'm not sure why. After clicking on the Favorites category click on the Favorite link on the right and you'll see all of the products that are supposed to be in it.
Due to time constraints, I have resolved this by creating Categories with a module. Thank you all for your time.
