I am solving the problem of not displaying the parents of goods that have the status Reserved and the next one is not in stock.
Joomla! 3.9.18
VM: 3.8.2 10325
VM settings: Do not display goods if variants are not in stock
The product has several variants. The last piece is already in stock. All other variants have a stock = 0.
This last piece is in the pending status on the order
The frontend displays the parent, which has no variant.
The correct solution is not show the parent in this case at all.

If the order is pending, the item is reserved. Not much to do about this. Otherwise You could oversell items.

If the parent is displayed in this case, customers are asked what variations we have. It should not be displayed.
What are your settings for stock control ? If you manually det the last stock to zero does the parent vanish?

When I set the product variant stock = 0, the parent disappears, that's OK. The problem is when the product is reserved. Only the variant disappears, the parent is visible.
OK, this could be something for Max to look at. In my oppinion it should also consider reserved items.
