We received an e-mail from Virtuemart:

In the paypal.1.log.php file I see only this error:
2020-05-21 12:00:52 ERROR
From tracking an order I see that the store had one order around this time: Order ID 2282
From Order payment status I see that customer purchased item with Paypal On May 19, 17:43 but the order status was "Pending" with the comment: "The payment for order AU5F02188 is pending state. Reason: The payment is pending."
On May 21, 12:00 Order status changed to "Confirmed " with the comment "Your payment for order AU5F02188 has been confirmed by PayPal"
From the previous order with Paypal I see that authorization was right away. See my two screenshots:
What is the error is about? How I can fix it?

I think that the user country is not safe, so paypal do not confirm directly in this case.
