Joomla - Joomla! 3.9.16 Joomla! 3.9.16
VM- 3.6.10

when item is added in the cart the site error 500 after a few page refreshes the site comes back but then is intermittent showing the 500 error..

As soon as product is removed from cart the site is fine ...

Any sugestiions or help please..

My host say its a memory issue maybe?

After watching console i see a jquery.min error over and over for vmkeepalive any way of fixing this please?

all 500 errors are logged "somewhere" .. u need to find where that is and then u know what the error is instead of guessing .. and it can be fixed

The error log shows this :
