I'm trying to change the HTML output of the weight_countries plugin, but I cannot seem to find it. Overriding or changing the vmshipment plugin template HTML isn't working and I'd like to add |Free| to the HTML if the shipment is free due to reaching a certain amount of value with the products. Anyone know where to find this?
If I understand your goal correctly, you just need to configure a maximum amount in your standard shipment method and add a second shipment method named "Free Shipment" for which you set the minimum amount in the shipment configuration.
As jjk Said this is already in the core with standard shipping. Use His advice and you are Good to go
